A graduate of the Protocol School of Washington® and the London Image Institute® globe-trotting philanthropist Kathleen von Schaefer, a regular at Consular Chamber events, recently offered her protocol services and expertise to the Consulate of the Principality of Monaco in Las Vegas.

Consul Warren, Chairman of the Consular Chamber, immediately accepted, and the two began working out a means of sharing the considerable skills Ms. von Schaefer with other consulates served by the Consular Chamber of Commerce.

As Global Chief of Protocol, Ms. von Schaefer will not only serve the home offices of the Consular Chamber in Las Vegas, but will also offer protocol advice to member consulates around the world, free of charge.
