TERMS “User” means an individual who has successfully obtained a login to the consul.cc website, but is not a paying subscriber. “Subscriber” means an individual paying member of the Consular Chamber of Commerce. “Member” means a paid Subscriber “Chamber” means the Consular Chamber of Commerce CONDITIONS Mission and Objectives All members of the Consular Chamber of Commerce join to reflect their desire to adhere to and promote the mission statement of the Chamber, and to assist the Chamber in meeting its mission. Non-Political in Nature Members agree that the Chamber shall not take a position in political contests or partisan politics, that people of all political affiliations are to be encouraged and welcomed as long as they exercise consideration and decorum, and that personal political views shall not be discussed at Chamber events or gatherings without first disclosing that the Chamber is neutral and that the political views are one’s own alone. Non-Religious in Nature Members understand and agree that the Chamber promotes embracing of cultures different from one’s own, and that protection of religious freedoms require abstention by the Chamber from practices which could exclude members of any religion by allowing the practice of another, under the auspices of the Chamber. Members agree that the Chamber is not affiliated with, and does not endorse or promote any religious affiliation in any way, that people of all religious affiliations are to be encouraged and welcomed as long as they exercise consideration and decorum, and that personal religious views shall not be discussed at Chamber events or gatherings without first disclosing that the Chamber is neutral and that the religious views are one’s own alone. Member further understands and agrees that no function sponsored by or hosted by the Chamber may take place in a place of institutionalized worship or religious faith, and that no group practice of any religious ritual shall be performed at Chamber gatherings. These agreements shall in no way infringe upon any member’s personal religious freedom or outward religious expression such as articles of jewelry or clothing, or the practice of individual prayer. Good Faith Members agree to act in good faith in all dealings with Chamber members and others, and to treat others as they would like to be treated in all dealings. Dues Membership dues are established by the Board of Directors and may change from time to time. Members understand and agree that dues must be paid timely in order for privileges to continue.
